		<description>A fair list, but these points are essentially a regurgitation of what marketing can do in general and in fact should be achieving.  They are not exclusive to Twitter.  Twitter like the most other platforms available can achieve the above if used correctly and, as vaguely suggested, a relevant network has been built up on these platforms.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;What needs to start happening is an appreciation that all of these tools are exactly that- just tools.  Similar marketing processes need to happen in order to achieve the desired goals, as usual.  The only difference is the executional details of how companies do this.</description>
